Australia has been well known for producing top quality beer and wine, and selling it all over the world. Lee checks out the Great Southern Distilling Company, which is currently producing world-class whisky.

• Sitting at the edge of the Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, the Great Southern Distilling Company, for the last 10 years, has been producing some of the finest spirits coming our of Western Australia.
• The Great Southern Distilling Company are a boutique distillery, producing quality spirits using traditional techniques and equipment.
• The Great Southern Distillery’s Limeburners Single Malt Whisky is produced from southern wheat belt barley; white spirits are distilled using grapes from the Great Southern and Margaret River wine regions.
