Butterfield Beef (Recipe)

Butterfield Beef (Serves 4)

- 4 Butterfield Sirloin Steaks
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 300g Chips Home Made or Shop Bought
- 30g Pemberton Truffle
- 20g Parmesan Cheese
- Deep Fryer and Deep Fryer Oil


  • Heat up deep fryer to 180 degrees
  • Heat up pan to medium heat and season steaks with salt and pepper
  • Cook Steaks for around 3 to 3 minutes each side only turning once
  • When you turn the steak the first time drop your chips into the fryer
  • When steak is cooked to your liking take out and place on plate
  • Drain chips and place on plate, finish with truffle and grated parmesan

Handy tip is that your steak will keep cooking when you take it out of the pan so take it out early

Butterfield Beef Carpaccio (Serves 4)

- 200g Butterfield Eye Fillet Shaved thinly
- Lemon Juice
- Forum Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Olive Oil


  • Sprinkle Beef with salt and pepper (Be generous).
  • Squeeze a little Lemon juice and drizzle a little vinegar over meat to cure
  • Finish with olive oil and parsley
  • Eat at room temp

Tip: You can add all sorts to your beef like Garlic, Chili, Parmesan Cheese and any number of herbs.
