- Fresh vegetables are something we should all include in our diet everyday, growing your own at home is very ideal.
- Get creative with your vegetables, mix different vegetables in the blender with some reduced fat cream cheese to make a fresh dip, use vegetables like carrot slices as if they are chips.
- Eating healthy does not have to be struggle for the taste buds, add minty herbs for that fresh mint flavour, your breath will smell nice too.
