Herbal tea is one of the more popular options when it comes to healthy lifestyle, Trevor and Dr. Duncan Jefferson team up to show why you should include herbal tea into your diet.

  • Herbal tea is a consumption of plant material, herbs & spices infused in hot water and are normally caffeine free.
  • Herbal tea can be served hot or cold, preferably hot. During cold days, different herbal teas improve morale and fighting back colds and fevers.
  • During hot days, a cold tea or iced tea can be consumed when the body is overheated due to weather or sickness. Even though water is the best option, a cold tea can hydrate the body.
