Story: Pork & Fennel Pizza

Theo fires up a delicious Pork and Fennel pizza, showing how less is more!
- 1 Pizza dough stretched and ready to go
- 1 clove fresh garlic finely chopped
- 90gm mozzarella
- 1 Italian style sausage with fennel
- 2 tbsp red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh parsley
- Preheat home oven to 225c fan off
- Meanwhile, spread garlic evenly around the pizza base, then break up the mozzarella all over the pizza, starting edges first.
- Cut sausage skin and then place small pieces of sausage evenly around the pizza.
- Add red and spring onions over pizza
- Place pizza in the oven for 5 minutes and then check. If not ready keep an eye on it and give it 2 more minutes
- When the pizza is ready cut and then sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley, then drizzle EVOO over top.
