- Chef Stuart Laws has spent his 25+ years as a chef running multiple venues and helping hospitality businesses to achieve success through his consulting business.
- However, it is in telling the stories of farmers and producers in our State’s regions where his passion truly lays.
- The open-concept kitchen is decked out with some serious tools of the trade, a Mesiano wood fired pizza oven, a WA-first, and custom built charcoal grill from JAGRD located in Bakers Hill with the instinct to produce honest, tasty food.
