• All of the food served out of their store is as local and sustainable as possible.
• Starting as a catering company they were looking for quality bread for their business but struggled to find quality producers in Perth.
• After their bread gained popularity, the North Street Store was up and running within 3 months.
• Across all of their locations the North Street Store sell a whopping 1,000 cinnamon scrolls a day!
