Caroline takes part in the Jerusalem Street Food Course run by chef Riki Kaspi at The Cooking Professor, taking us on a culinary journey through the Middle East.
- Riki has been running Perth’s leading cooking school “The Cooking Professor” since 2012. She runs a team of dedicated instructors who take you through the world of food, from Vietnamese to Middle Eastern and Indian.
- The interactive classes are designed to reignite your passion for cooking, and this is also a great way to meet new people.
- Riki’s philosophy is to simplify complicated dishes while making them accessible for everyone at home. In order to enhance the flavours, many herbs, citrus and tasty seasonal vegetables are used.
- Classes at The Cooking Professor run for about 3 hours, with 2 hours of actual cook time followed by a meal. The classes are limited to small numbers, which gives everyone plenty of 1 on 1 time with the instructor.
